LumaFrame Terms

These terms apply to your use of LumaFrame.

Service description

LumaFrame provides AI-assisted photo editing and retouching for mobile. The service may improve lighting, color, background cleanup, skin appearance, composition, and other visual qualities based on the selected mode and controls.

You must use the app lawfully and follow any platform rules that apply through Apple App Store or Google Play.

User content and rights

You must only upload photos you own or have permission to use. If a photo includes another person, you are responsible for having the rights and consent needed to edit, store, and share that photo.

You may not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.

AI output limitations

AI outputs can be imperfect. LumaFrame tries to preserve identity and realism, but does not guarantee that generated images will be accurate, artifact-free, suitable for professional use, or free of visual errors. You should review results before saving, sharing, or publishing.

Prohibited use

  • Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not use the app to create deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, illegal content, child sexual abuse material, rights-infringing content, or content that violates another platform's rules.
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, payment controls, security controls, or platform restrictions.

Subscriptions and billing

LumaFrame Pro is sold through Apple App Store and Google Play, with subscription management handled by those stores and RevenueCat. Plans may include weekly and yearly options. Prices, trials, taxes, and availability may vary by store, region, and platform.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant store account settings before renewal. Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.

Fair-use limits

LumaFrame Pro includes generous fair-use access for normal personal editing. To protect service quality and prevent abuse, LumaFrame may apply usage limits, rate limits, or other operational safeguards. Current initial operating limits are 75 finished edits per week for weekly subscribers and 250 finished edits per month for yearly subscribers, subject to change as costs and usage patterns become clearer. Free users receive 5 first edits before the paywall.

Third-party providers

The service depends on third-party providers including Supabase, OpenRouter and model providers available through OpenRouter, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, PostHog, and Sentry. Their availability, policies, and technical limits can affect the app.

Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your LumaFrame account data and generated history from within the app or through support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud prevention, billing, dispute, tax, security, or operational reasons.

No professional reliance

LumaFrame is a consumer photo editing tool. It is not intended for legal, medical, biometric, identity verification, employment, or other high-stakes decisions.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the app, violate these terms, or create risk for the service, other users, or third parties.
