1. Acceptance of Terms

Nodiom is operated by Fastend Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using Nodiom ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Other apps operated under the Nodiom brand may have their own app-specific terms. MIGA has its own terms at /apps/miga/terms and LumaFrame has its own terms at /apps/lumaframe/terms.

2. Description of Service

Nodiom is a knowledge management platform that allows you to capture content from web pages, videos, and AI conversations, organize it with AI-generated metadata, and retrieve it using semantic search.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You May Not

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Use the Service to spam or harass others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you and your workspace members.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate summaries, tags, and search embeddings. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of service.

8. Data and Backups

While we implement reasonable backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for any data loss.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodiom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
