MIGA Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MIGA handles data when you use the Chrome extension.
Who we are
MIGA is operated by Fastend Ltd under the Nodiom brand.
MIGA is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Microsoft, OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google, Gemini, or Mistral.
What MIGA does
MIGA is a Chrome extension that runs on LinkedIn feed pages. It reads visible LinkedIn post text, sends that text to the AI provider selected by the user, and replaces the original post body with a shorter AI-generated rewrite inside the LinkedIn page.
MIGA does not require a MIGA account and does not use a MIGA-hosted backend to generate rewrites.
Data MIGA handles
- Visible LinkedIn post text that the extension rewrites.
- Limited visible author context, such as the post author's display name and headline, when available.
- The AI provider API key entered by the user.
- Extension settings, including provider, model, mode, cache setting, enabled state, and rewrite threshold.
- Local rewrite cache entries, including generated rewrite text, post hash, text length, timestamps, provider, model, and mode.
How data is stored
API keys, settings, and rewrite cache entries are stored in Chrome extension storage on the user's device. MIGA does not store this data on a MIGA server.
The local rewrite cache does not store the original LinkedIn post text. It stores a hash, generated rewrite output, and cache metadata so the extension can avoid regenerating the same rewrite repeatedly.
How data is shared
MIGA sends LinkedIn post text and limited author context to the AI provider selected by the user, using the API key provided by the user. Supported providers may include OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Mistral.
Those providers process requests under their own terms and privacy policies. MIGA does not sell user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it for unrelated purposes.
Security
MIGA sends AI provider requests over HTTPS. Local Chrome extension storage is controlled by the browser and device environment. Users should keep provider API keys private and remove keys from the extension if they no longer want MIGA to use them.
User controls and deletion
- You can disable automatic rewriting in the extension settings.
- You can clear the local rewrite cache in the extension popup or settings page.
- You can remove your API key from extension settings.
- You can delete all local MIGA data by removing the extension or clearing its Chrome extension storage.
Chrome Web Store limited use
MIGA uses handled data only to provide or improve its single purpose: replacing long LinkedIn feed posts with shorter AI-generated rewrites. MIGA does not use or transfer user data for personalized advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.
Children
MIGA is not intended for children.
