Delete LumaFrame Account Data

Use this page to understand how to request deletion of your LumaFrame app data.

Fastest method

If you can access the LumaFrame app, use Settings -> Privacy -> Delete LumaFrame data. This is the best way to prove ownership because the request is made from the active Supabase session on your device.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access LumaFrame, email support@nodiom.com with the subject LumaFrame data deletion request.

Include only the information needed to help us verify the account:

  • The linked Google or Apple email address, if you linked one.
  • Your LumaFrame account ID, if it is visible in Settings.
  • A RevenueCat or app user ID, if support tooling or the app shows one.
  • A Google Play or App Store order ID if the request relates to a paid account.
  • Approximate usage dates or other non-sensitive details that help identify the account.
  • Whether you want all account data deleted or only photo and history data deleted.

Do not include sensitive photos in the first email. If more proof is needed, support will ask for the minimum extra information required.

What we delete

When a deletion request is verified, LumaFrame deletes private uploaded photos, generated results, edit history, usage records tied to the account, the app account, and the anonymous auth user where reasonably possible.

What may be retained

Purchase, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal records may be retained in redacted or minimal form where required. We retain only what is necessary for those purposes.
